We are starting our new year with Go365 on December 1st. What does this mean to you? You have 1 month left to bump up your Go365 status and then every team member will start back at blue. In the new year, the first step is to take your health assessment on the portal to earn 500 points and move out of blue status. If you take the assessment within the first 90 days of the new plan year, you will get a 250 point bonus. You can also move out of blue status by logging a workout or getting one biometric screening. Keep in mind that while you are “blue”, you will not be able to use all of the features of the program such as shopping in the Go365 Mall. You will have a head start on re-earning your status with a 10% Go365 point carry over from your previous year’s ending total and a double buck bonus when you reach your prior year’s highest status. And don’t forget, that your unspent Go365 bucks also carry over into the new plan year, so you can keep saving!


How does this affect the health insurance premiums from your paycheck? Any team member who achieves silver status or higher before December 1st will get a higher contribution amount for the 2018-19 health insurance year. Don’t worry if you miss that deadline, you have a second chance! Any team member achieving silver status or higher between December 1, 2017, and May 1, 2018, will also be eligible for the higher contribution amount.
