Our annual health insurance open enrollment is coming up fast and so is your last opportunity to earn the Ideal Advantage wellness credit before it arrives! Why is the wellness credit important? Ideal’s defined contributions to the health care coverage next year will be related to wellness program participation as allowable under the Affordable Care Act.
Team members (and spouses) either 1) achieving silver status or better in the Go365 program from 12/1/17 – 11/30/18 or 2) completing their HAP health assessment and physical from 1/1/18 – 04/30/18 will receive a higher health insurance contribution from Ideal to offset the cost to the team member. The wellness credit gives you an additional 10% employer contribution, which results in an 11-21% decrease in the amount you pay each week for health care!
