For the first time in robotics history, Detroit hosted the FIRST Championship at Cobo Center. Thousands of students, parents and teachers attended the 4-day long competition in Downtown Detroit. Competitions were divided into groups ranging from ages 6-18. High-schoolers are competing in robotics and middle-schoolers compete in technology challenges, while all ages compete in Lego-building leagues.
Our young engineers from Holy Redeemer’s 2nd Grade Jr. FIRST Lego League were present at the Championships at Cobo Center. We are extremely proud of all the hard work the Holy Redeemer Lions have put in up to this point. Congratulations on your award!
